Popular social media activist, VeryDarkman, has publicly criticized suspended Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, over his recent peace deal with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
In a video that has since gone viral, VeryDarkman expressed deep disappointment in Fubara, stating that he had expected the embattled governor to take a firm stand against Wike and his political allies.
“I thought Fubara was a fighter,” he said. “But clearly, he has failed the expectations of many who believed in his ability to resist political intimidation.”
VeryDarkman went further to ridicule Fubara, claiming he lacks the courage and grit required for politics, describing him instead as someone more suited to “serving dinner somewhere.”
He also voiced his frustration over Fubara’s continued presence on social media, saying he wished he could erase all visual traces of the governor from public platforms.
The activist’s comments come amid growing debates surrounding the Rivers political crisis and the perceived implications of the truce between the former allies.
