Media aide to Hon. Edison Ehie and ally of Governor, Sim Fubara, Engr Precious Kamala has described the Memorandum of Understanding between the Rivers State Governor and the FCT Minister as “Fake News.”
Precious in a statement said the signature of the governor on the said agreement was forged, as the governor uses a red pen and not a black one.
The statement reads,
