Rivers State Elders Forum has called on Governor, Sim Fubara to address Rivers people on the alleged truce reached between him and his predecessor in Abuja yesterday.
High Chief Anabs Sara-Igbe a member of the forum, in a statement in Port Harcourt, Today said Rivers people are waiting on Gov. Fubara to talk to them on the matter.
According to him, the forum would not comment on the truce reached until the governor addresses the people of the state.
“At the moment, we want the governor to address Rivers people, so we can know what transpired in Abuja, only then we will know the line of action to take and what to say,” he said.
