The Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, has cleared the People’s Democratic Party to hold its National Convention slated for Saturday.
The court in its ruling, today, dismissed the suit brought before it by embattled former national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Uche Secondus against the party.
