Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has accused some Southern Governors of working against him.
Speaking to his supporters when he arrived the state today, Wike berated the Governors, describing them as saboteurs.
He stated that despite the agreement they had, some of them went ahead to betray the Southern region.
“Shame to those who would sell out their own people. shame to such Governors,” he said.
Wike described the outcome of the Presidential primary as the will of God.
He commended his supporters and urged them to continue to work for the success and growth of the party.
The Governor, noted that he gave his opponents sleepless night, adding that he will support Atiku Abubakar to emerge President of the country.
“I made a vow to the Official Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Nigeria that i will support whoever emerges from the #PDPPresidentialPrimaries and i am not going to go back on my word,” he said.
We cannot abandon the PDP, we will be fully supporting Atiku Abubakar,” he added
