The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has criticized the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing it as a “bad market” and accusing the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of failing Nigerians.
Speaking at an interactive session with journalists in Abuja on Monday, PDP National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, said the party was reorganizing its internal structures to offer Nigerians a credible alternative in the 2027 general elections.
Ologunagba accused the APC-led government of driving the country into worsening economic hardship, growing insecurity, and widespread despair, adding that only the PDP had the capacity and national reach to restore hope.
“This is a government that tells people to fast while they are feasting,” he said. “No patriotic or humane Nigerian, no political party that truly feels the pain of the people, will support President Tinubu in 2027. His presidency is a bad market.”
The PDP spokesperson maintained that the ruling party would be rejected by Nigerians in the next election cycle.
