The leadership of the People Democratic Party (PDP) has denied allegations by the ruling APC, that they contracted alleged fraudster Hushpuppi to rig the 2019, presidential election. They described the allegation as fabricated, irresponsible, reckless and asserted that it exposes the victimisation agenda of the ruling party.
The party noted that the fabrications have also further exposed how APC administration has been using agencies under its control to frame innocent opposition members and dissenting voices in the the guise of fighting corruption.
National Public Secretary, Kola Ologbodiyan made this known in a statement on Sunday, July 5, 2020.
“The APC should be calling for the investigation of one of their state governors, who was seen on a viral video, stuffing his robe with gratification, in foreign currency, as well as their candidate in a forthcoming election, who has been declared by a former APC,” the statement read.
Olagbondiya, furthermore warned the APC to steer clear of its members and other hardworking Nigerians.
