National Chairman of the PDP, Umar Damagum says peace has returned to the party, and that the suspensions have been lifted.
Damagum made this known in a statement in Abuja on Tuesday.
Also Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party Governors Forum and Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, confirmed the development.
According to Bala, the crisis rocking the party is over as the forum has resolved that the NWC reverts to status quo.
“The crisis is over. The governors, Board of Trustees, and other organs have resolved that the NWC should revert to the status quo. They are now united,” he said.
