The Rivers State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party says crises rocking the party nationally will not affect the chances of its candidates in next year’s election in the state.
Publicity Secretary of the party, Sydney Gbara disclosed this in a chat with journalists on Wednesday.
He said candidates of the party in the state stand a good chance of winning next year’s elections.
According to him what is going on in the party is national politics for the sake of equity and justice.
He stated that the state governor and some leaders of the party only want the right things to be done and nothing more.
