Rivers Federal lawmaker and governorship hopeful, Hon. Farah Dagogo has said that Atiku Abubakar’s candidacy as flagbearer of the People’s Democratic Party is already foreclosed, and that the attention now is how to wrestle power from the All Progressive Congress, APC.
Farah, who disclosed this in a statement, said majority of the members of the party are in support of the former Vice President.
According to him, his support for the Adamawa State born politician is unshaken, as he is the most qualified and experienced to lead the country in 2023.
“My support for the former Vice President and Waziri Adamawa, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is unshakeable… Atiku Abubakar’s candidacy as PDP flagbearer is already foreclosed. Attention is now on how to wrestle power from the All Progressive Congress, APC and rejig the country’s failing economy,” he said.
“Majority of PDP members including my humble self are however in support of Atiku and that is what matters,” he added.
