Nigerian singer Patoranking is set to perform at the opening ceremony of the 2nd Niger Delta Games, scheduled to hold in Edo State on February 20, 2026.
Organisers say the ceremony will take place at the Dr Sam Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, with proceedings kicking off at 5:00 p.m.
The event is expected to bring together athletes, officials and sports enthusiasts from across the Niger Delta region in a celebration of unity, culture and sporting excellence.
According to the organisers, the Games represent more than a sporting competition, describing it as a platform to showcase the region’s talent, pride and brilliance beyond oil.
