Acting Spokesperson of the Rivers State Police Command, DSP. Grace Koko has described the parents of 5 children abducted by a woman at the Eliozu axis of Port Harcourt, as “careless.”
DSP. Koko who confirmed the abduction of the children, disclosed this in a chat with journalists, yesterday.
According to her, investigation is on to ensure the release of the children and the arrest of the suspect.
She assured that the Police would do everything humanly possible to arrest the fleeing suspect and rescue the children.
The children, are aged between 18 months and four years old. Three of them were abducted from one family, while two others were taken from another family on Saturday.
Mother of the two children, Blessing Emmanuel had in a statement, said the suspect hired her husband to buy materials to construct a make shift home for her, before going away with the children.
Meanwhile, the women has pleaded with the relevant authorities to ensure the arrest of the lady.
