The All Progressives Congress in Rivers State says its cases at the Elections Petitions Tribunals are still alive.
Publicity Secretary of the Party, Darlington Nwauju in a statement Today said lawyers who were “erroneously assigned” to the cases from the party’s National Secretariat had to withdraw.
He also said he prefers his lawyer to stand alone rather than pair with the one that will be eating and sleeping with his opponent.
“Our cases at the Elections Petitions Tribunal are still alive…lawyers who were erroneously assigned to our cases from the national secretariat had to withdraw!” he said
“Make my lawyer stand alone rather than to pair with the one wey dey chop and sleep with my opponent,” he added.
