Former Rivers Governorship aspirant and chiefain of the All Progressives Congress, Hon. Dakuku Peterside has reacted to the just concluded Osun State Governorship election.
Dakuku in a statement shortly after the election, said elections are not won on social media, and that likes and comments cannot replace actual voting.
According to him, those canvassing for candidates on social media must “Walk the Talk”.
He urged electorates to go and get their Permanent Voters Cards and ensure they vote in next year’s general elections.
Recall that Ademola Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party was declared winner of the Osun State Governorship election after scoring the highest number of votes to defeat Governor, Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress.
