Some youths have been arrested and paraded by a Local Vigilante Group, OSPAC, in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni LGA of Rivers State for allegedly smoking illicit drug known as ICE(mkpurunmiri).
Popular Rivers Journalist, Allwell Ene made this known in a statement and shared a video of the suspects on parade while singing.
Meanwhile, some residents have condemned the act, adding that the group has no power to parade anyone arrested.
The Police is yet to react to the incident. Efforts to reach Police spokesperson have not been successful.
