Nigeria’s Former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu has been denied bail again.
The Central Criminal Court in London denied Ekweremadu bail on Tuesday, on the grounds that he was a flight risk.
It was gathered that the court cited the letter and assets forfeiture proceedings against the senator by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Recall that Ekweremadu, his wife with Dr. Obinna Obete were few months ago charged on allegation of wanting to make payment for the procurement of an organ for their daughter, Sonia, from one David Nwamini.
