There are reports that the Rivers State Government has directed Sen. Magnus Abe, governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party to vacate its Freedom House located in GRA Port Harcourt.
Sources say the directive is in line with Executive Order 21 and 22 of the state government banning the use of residential areas as campaign offices without approval.
According to the order, such approval must come from the Commissioner for Urban and Physical Planning.
The Social Democratic Party and its flagbearer, Magnus were yet to react to this development as at the time of filing this report.
