Engenni Kingdom and Orashi region of Rivers State has been taken over by flood.
Residents are in need of urgent intervention by Federal Government and Rivers State Government.
They are also calling on the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to step in.
The flood is suspected to be caused by the Orashi River which needs to be dredged.
