A coalition of opposition lawmakers has cautioned Rivers lawmakers against directing Governor Siminalayi Fubara until their defection case is resolved.
The warning comes just days after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Amaewhule-led faction, allowing them to resume legislative duties.
Speaking on behalf of the coalition, spokesperson Ikenga Ugochinyere emphasized that the lawmakers should refrain from making any directives until the legal dispute over their defection is settled.
