The General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has appealed to youths in Oyigbo Local Government Area to ceasefire and stop the killing of Police officers of the Nigeria Police Force.
Apostle Chibuzor in an interview today said the youths should stop every act of violence and give peace a chance stating that he is not in support of the killing of mobile police officers.
The cleric noted that the Police is not the problem but the system and that the killing of officers will not bring about any solution to the issues troubling the nation.
He stated that the system needs a total overhaul so it can function effectively.
He furthermore called on youths across the country to stop destroying people’s properties, noting that their voices have been heard.
