Tech organisation, BudgIT says only Rivers and Lagos states can operate without relying on revenue from the Federation Account Allocation Committee.
BudgIT made this known in its 2024 State of States Report launched in Abuja on Tuesday.
It listed, Cross River, Anambra, Ogun, Kwara, and Edo states as states than can generate IGR sufficient to cover at least 50 percent of their opening costs.
