One person has been reportedly shot dead with several others injured following a clash at the Port Harcourt City Local Government Secretariat, in Rivers State between security operatives and some protesting youths.
Sources say the yet-to-be identified youth was hit by stray bullet when Police shot sporadically to disperse the protesting youths.
The Police was yet to react to the incident as at press time.
