Chairman of Omuma Local Government Area, Hon. Reginald Promise says former governor of the state, Nyesom Wike has lost control of the state.
Speaking, during the Inauguration of his team at the Council Secretariat in Eberi on Monday, Promise said power now belongs to Rivers people.
According to him, no one man can hold the state to ransom, no matter how highly placed.
He also berated the Police, accusing them of taking sides, rather than being professional.
He said, it is shameful that police officers will allow themselves to be used by an individual to carryout his selfish desires.
