A Human Rights Group, Lawyers Watch for Justice Initiative, has called for proper supervision, orientation, training and profiling of OSPAC members in Rivers State.
Chairman of the group, Gbenga Oladipo made the call in a statement yesterday, following the alleged killing of an Airforce official by an OSPAC member in Omanwa community in Ikwerre local government area, on Tuesday.
He said entrusting security of lives and properties in the hands of individuals who are not properly trained is dangerous.
He also threatened to drag the Rivers State Police Command to court, if it failed to make public, result of the investigation into the cell break in Okrika local government area.
He called on the Police to ensure the arrest of suspects that escaped, as they are a threat to the society.
Mr Gbenga furthermore, urged the Police to arrest and prosecute officers found culpable.
