The people of Ogua in Ahaoda West Local Government Area have called on multi-nationals in the area to with immediate effect, repair the bad spots on their road.

A youth leader in the area, Comrade Onisoya Onisu made the call in a statement after an indigene of the area was attacked and shot multiple times by armed robbers few days ago.

Mr. Mbre Joshua who is said to be recuperating in a private hospital, was attacked at the bad portion of the road along Ogua community, on his way to Mbiama.

According to the youth leader, criminals have taken over the bad section of the road to carryout criminal activities.

He stated that despite series of protests by the people of the area for the companies to fix the road, nothing has been done.
