The Chairman of Oyigbo Local Government Area, Gerald Oforji has condemned the attack on the Hausa community in the LGA, by suspected members of the IPOB, on Saturday and Sunday.
The council boss in a statement yesterday, appealed to the Hausa residents to remain calm and not to take laws into their hands as the matter is being investigated by the relevant authorities.
According to some reports, suspected IPOB members attacked the community with dangerous weapons which left two Hausa men dead any many injured.
