The Executive Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area has constituted a building verification committee in a bid to ensure that all structures within the local government area comply with the necessary regulations and standards.
The committee made up of 17 members were inaugurated Today at the council secretariat by the Chairman.
The committee members are:

2. Goodluck Igwe – Deputy Chairman.
3. Chika Dede – Secretary.
4. Owen Echeonwu – Member.
5. Andy Amadi – Member.
6. Timothy Chike – Member.
7. Weneda Anele – Member.
8. Frank Nyeche – Member.
9. Uzoma Elvis – Member.
10. Stanley Ogbonda – Member.
11. Godwin Igwe – Member.
12. Oleka Johnson – Member.
13. Princewill Iroka Wejekwu – Member.
