Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe, has described Presidential candidate of the Labour Party in last year’s presidential election, Peter Obi as a man who stands for the truth at all costs and a lone voice in an unstable world.
Igwe Achebe made the remark at the 6th Public Lecture of the Board of Fellows, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), held at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
According to him, Obi’s stellar performance as Governor of Anambra State continues to be celebrated.
“Obi is a lone voice in an unstable world, speaking the truth and pursuing excellence,” he said.
