The Rivers State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria has warned Governor Nyesom Wike to be wary of sycophants in his cabinet.
State Chairman of the council, Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo gave the warning during a chat with journalists yesterday in Port Harcourt.
Ihunwo who called on the governor to include more young people in his cabinet asked those complaining of lack of payment in the governor’s cabinet to resign and give the young ones a chance to serve.
He equally warned politicians to desist from unguided statements capable of hitting up the polity in the state, while reacting to the statement credited to the former Commissioner of Chieftaincy Affairs, John Bazia, few days ago.
