Hon. Samuel Nwanosike had a minor argument with a TVC presenter after he was addressed as former Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State when he appeared as a guest on News @ 10.
Nwanosike quickly replied the anchor that he remains the Chairman of the LGA and not a former Chairman.
According to him, with the ruling of the Appeal Court all laws made by Martin Amaewhule whom he described as the authentic Speaker remains valid.
He stated that all actions taken by the Victor Oko-Jumbo-led Assembly is now null and void, adding that he and his men remain suspended by the Assembly.
Nwanosike added that the assembly did not err in extending their tenure as they have the power to do so.
