Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Hon. Samuel Nwanosike has apologized for calling Governor Sim Fubara a “foolish governor.”

Nwanosike in a statement during a meeting with stakeholders of the Grassroot Development Initiative at Isiokpo in Ikwerre LGA, said his outburst was out of anger.

According to him, the FCT minister, Nyesom Wike called and cautioned him against his utterances, as no governor deserves to be ridiculed in such a manner.

Nwanosike reaffirmed his support for the FCT minister, adding that he is not scared of any consequence his actions might bring.

Recall that Nwanosike an ally of Wike had described Gov. Fubara as a “foolish governor” who has done nothing for Rivers people since he assumed office.
