The leadership of the National Union of Rivers State Students (NURSS) has commended Governor Wike for introducing electronic learning. The introduction of digital learning is meant to enable students keep up with their studies following the closure of schools.
The president of NURSS, Levi Zachariah, in a chat with journalists in Port Harcourt said the action of the governor is highly commendable. He, however, noted that the lack of steady power supply and the inability of students to access the web may hamper the success of e-learning in the state.
He, therefore, called on the state government to address the issues raised in order to make the initiative a success.
