The Rivers State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) has given the Ahaoda-West Council Boss, Hope Ikiriko a 7-day ultimatum to pay workers of the council their salaries.
State Chairman of NULGE, Clifford Paul made this known in a chat with journalists yesterday in Port Harcourt.
He said NULGE would carryout industrial action in the 23 LGAs of the state if the council boss fails to comply at the expiration of the ultimatum.
