The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has unveiled the schedule for the 2025/26 season, set to kick off on Friday, 22nd August 2025.
Defending champions Remo Stars will open their title defense against Rivers United in Ikenne.
The league will observe a mid-season break from 30th December 2025 to 6th January 2026, allowing teams and players time to recuperate ahead of the second half of the campaign.
Additionally, the NPFL has scheduled the mid-season transfer window from 1st to 30th January 2026.
