Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has issued a stern message to Labour Party leader, Peter Obi, insisting that he must notify the state government before making any visits.
Speaking at a public event, Okpebholo responded to criticisms about his usually reserved demeanor, stating that despite speaking sparingly, his words carry weight.
“Even when they say I don’t talk much, just one word and everyone is crying,” the governor said. “I simply said, ‘Don’t come to Edo without telling me.’ Was I eating hot yam when I said it?”
