This serves as a formal notice to residents of Bonny Local Government Area that the monthly sanitation exercise for the month of March has been scheduled to hold on Saturday, March 30, 2024 between the hours of 7am and 10am.
To this end, supervision by Government Officials would be in place to ensure that shop owners, business premises, traders as well as residents all join in cleaning their immediate surroundings and drainages towards sustaining the environmental ambiance of the LGA.
Accordingly, the Authority of Bonny Local Government would not tolerate street football, loitering, none-participation and other unwholesome conducts opposed to the sanitation exercise.
Residents and business owners are encouraged to weed surrounding grasses, distillate neighbourhood drainages, and dispose debris only at designated pickup points.
