Nollywood actress Aunty Ajara has passed away following a prolonged battle with liver disease.
The actress had been unwell for some time, and just last week, colleagues appealed for donations to support her treatment.
Earlier this week, fellow actress Mama Nonetwork revealed that Aunty Ajara’s health was not improving. She also disclosed that Ajara was pregnant—a condition discovered in December—adding that doctors had urged her to seek immediate medical care due to her fragile health.
Tragically, her brother, Ridwan Lasisi, confirmed this morning that Aunty Ajara has passed on.
