Former Rivers State Governor and FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike has said that no one made him Governor as he fought his way to power.
Wike, made this known during a New Year Luncheon at his residence in Port Harcourt at the weekend.
According to him, he fought for the party structure and took it from then Chieftains of the PDP, Magnus Abe and Victor Giadom.
He said, “You didn’t give me. To be governor of Rivers State 2014, I fought for the party structure. I took it from Magnus Abe, yes, I did.
“So you can’t say you made me Governor. Nobody, I don’t want to make comments about certain people, I won’t do that.
“You Magnus, all of you, Victor Giadom, I fought you people, took the party structure.
