The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has responded to a viral video allegedly showing former militant leader Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, mishandling the Nigerian currency.
In a statement released on Monday, the anti-graft agency emphasized that no individual is above the law, affirming that Tompolo will be questioned over the incident.
The reaction comes amid public outcry on social media, where many Nigerians challenged the EFCC to take action against Tompolo, similar to previous cases involving other citizens.
