Reports that the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mele Kyari has been sacked by President, Ahmed Tinubu has been dismissed by the group.
There was speculation on social media that Kyari has been relieved of his job hours after the CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele was suspended.
But according to DAILY POST Garba Deen Muhammad, the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPCL said the claim is “untrue” when contacted.
“it is the handiwork of mischief markers,” he said.
