The Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has reaffirmed its commitment to education and community development with the commissioning of the second phase of its school renovation project in Rivers State.
The latest phase, completed over the weekend, saw the transformation of Model Boys Secondary School in Omoku and Community Secondary School in Amadi-Ama, Port Harcourt. The infrastructure upgrades are part of NLNG’s broader education development policy and form a key component of its four-pillar Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework, which prioritizes sustainability, stakeholding, partnership, and shared prosperity.
Sophia Horsfall, General Manager of NLNG’s External Relations and Sustainable Development unit, said the projects were executed in collaboration with the Rivers State Ministry of Education, underscoring the company’s drive to enhance access to quality education in its host communities.
