The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has reacted to calls from various quarters for the union to carryout a protest over the increase in petroleum products and electricity tariff by the government.
President of the NLC, Ayuba Wabba in a chat with journalists yesterday said the organised labour cannot carryout a protest until its central working committee meets and decide on what to do concerning the issues on ground.
He said, “Labour takes one battle at a time; it does not make announcement without backing its action.”
