One hour after reporting to the Police headquarters following allegations of terrorism financing, subversion, and cybercrime, NLC President, Joe Ajaero has been released by the Police.
Sources say Ajaero who was accompanied by his lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), and human rights activist Deji Adeyanju was allowed to go after an hour of interrogation.
Ajaero presented himself at the office of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) at the disbanded SARS facility in Guzape, Abuja this morning.
