RIVERS STATE – The Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) PATHFINDER has apprehended two individuals suspected of vandalizing oil pipelines in Rivers State as part of Operation Delta Sanity.
In a statement, the Navy reported that the suspects were caught in the act of tampering with WELL 17T FLOWLINE near the NNPCL OML18 Wellhead on Tuesday. The statement further emphasized that the suspects would be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
The Navy also issued a stern warning to those engaged in illegal oil-related activities, urging them to desist or face severe consequences.
