Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has appointed Hon. Emmanuel Fubara as Commissioner for Finance.
Fubara was assigned a portfolio shortly after he was screened by the Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo-led assembly.
Meanwhile, the newly appointed commissioner has refuted claims that he is a relative of the state Governor.
According to him, he is from Abonnema and not in any way related to the Governor.
