The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with the National Pension Commission, is preparing to hold an interactive session addressing the contributory pension scheme for the organized private sector in the South-South.
Scheduled for the 24th of October, 2023, the event will take place at the Golden Tulip Hotel, 1c Evo Crescent, GRA Phase 2, Port Harcourt, with the theme, “Empowering Employees for Retirement: Benefits of the Contributory Pension Scheme.”
The session aims to provide insight into the overview of the Contributory Pension Scheme as outlined in the Pension Reform Act of 2014. It will also discuss recent developments in the Nigerian Pension Industry, issues related to accessing retirement benefits within the contributory pension scheme, and other sub-themes.
Attendance is open to professionals such as Human Resources Managers, Chief Financial Officers, Industrial Relations Managers, Accountants, Pension Desk Officers, Administrative Managers, and representatives from member companies of NECA and other organizations.
