Eight officers of the Marine Command, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have been promoted for intercepting 60 jumbo bags of illicit drugs smuggled into Nigeria via sea in Lagos.
The commission in a statement today, said the officers received commendations from the DG, Buba Marwa in what it described as groundbreaking feat.
NDLEA also warned those into the business of smuggling illicit Drugs into the country to desist from it or face the full weight of the law when caught.
