The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has asked some politicians it mentioned in the list of contract beneficiaries, not to panic as it has been discovered that some persons used their names to secure jobs.
Charles Odili, Director of Corporate Affairs of the Commission who disclosed this in a statement said the list is not Akpabio’s list but was compiled by the commission.
“It is not an Akpabio list but the NDDC’s list; the list is part of the volume of 8,000 documents already handed over to the forensic auditors,” he said.
The list earlier released by the commission has Former Governors, Orji Uzor Kalu, James Ibori, Emmanuel Uduaghan and Senator Peter Nwaoboshi as beneficiaries.
