The Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has stated that Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei, Acting Chairman of the NDDC will no longer appear before the investigative committee.
Kemebradikumo Pondei had slumped while answering questions from members of the committee in Abuja, yesterday. He was later revived and taken out of the premises.
Gbajabiamila who made this known after the committee had reconvened following a 30 minutes break due to the incident, wished the acting chairman safe and speedy recovery.
He noted that the committee will adopt the written response of the MD.
