The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has announced the commencement of applications for its 2026/2027 Foreign Master’s Postgraduate Scholarship Programme.
In a statement, the Commission invited suitably qualified indigenes of the Niger Delta region to apply for the scholarship, which is aimed at supporting Master’s degree studies in accredited universities abroad.
According to the NDDC, the programme targets key fields that are critical to both regional and national development, with the goal of building a skilled workforce that can contribute meaningfully to the growth of the Niger Delta.
